About the Trainer

My Story:

With a medical degree from The Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine and a Master of Business Administration from George Washington University, I have nearly 20 years of experience as a board-certified orthopedic hand surgeon. Along the way, my first dog's behavioral challenges sparked a desire to learn as much as possible about dog behavior and training. I completed a dog training apprenticeship as well as many courses and seminars focusing on training and behavior modification. Since then, I have taught humans and their four-legged friends in group classes and in private sessions using positive reinforcement methods. Pawtential Dog Training is dedicated to helping you and your puppy or dog learn to communicate and thrive together. We love to see your relationship with your dog blossom and grow.
